A partir du 30 juin , et à l’occasion du Salon du Dessin, nous organisons une exposition consacrée à cette pratique, mère de biens d’autres formes d’art… au 1er étage de notre galerie du 22 rue Bonaparte.

Le dessin, projection des idées futures et réalisation aboutie, reste encore aujourd’hui une source d’interrogation et de ravissement. Il joue entre un non-finito prometteur et un achèvement particulièrement fin, en quête de perfection. Il engage aux futurs possibles et encre le passé dans un éternel présent : celui de la possibilité d’un chef- d’œuvre. Le dessin, aussi petit soit-il, est la marque première des constructions imaginaires de l’âme des artistes. Il est la matière éternellement vivante, et vivace, qui constitue la beauté sortie de la sueur des esprits qui créent.
Le dessin, toujours, invite à croire.
Pour le célébrer davantage, nous proposons cette semaine un format de commentaire quelque peu différent des précédents. Laissez-vous conter brièvement un choix de cinq œuvres, à venir retrouver sur nos murs… :

Drawing, projection of future ideas and successful realization, remains a source of questioning and delight to this day. It plays between a promising non-finito and a particularly fine completion, in search of perfection. It engages in possible futures and inks the past in an eternal present: that of the possibility of a masterpiece. Drawing, however small it may be, is the primary mark of the imaginary constructions of the soul of artists. It is the eternally living, and vivacious matter, which constitutes the beauty emerging from the sweat of the spirits who create.
The drawing, always, invites to believe.
